This is a specially designed 10 day program for Chefs doing other
styles of cooking. Haritha Farm’s The Pimenta  is a small guest
house with  just four cottages and each cottage can
accommodate  up to two people  on twin beds on double
occupancy basis or one person on single occupancy  basis , We
have  two other rooms in our house  with two rooms .So on a
double occupancy  basis we can accommodate up to  12 people
and  single occupancy basis we can accommodate up to 6 people
in our premises . Facilities at our accommodation includes
reasonably comfortable beds suited to Indian weather, Good
showers with hot water,   and fans in the room. If our cooking
holiday participants need air conditioning we can arrange
accommodation in nearby hotels. This is to be mentioned at the
time of booking.

Maximum participants for this program will be 8. Minimum
participant requirement is one. This program will be starting on a
Sunday. This is an exclusive vegetarian cooking program.

Day One Sunday …. Arrival --- Lunch    in the afternoon after a bit
of rest , early evening a tour of the region   and   dinner in the
night .

Day Two Monday ---Breakfast …. After breakfast an introduction
to the vegetarian cooking and say hello to the vegetables grown
in the region and how it is used in cooking. Lunch siesta and  early
evening Cooking session.  Dinner in the night .

Day Three Tuesday --- Breakfast ---- After break fast  an
introduction of lentils and Grains used in Vegetarian Cooking ---
Lunch   Siesta  Early evening Cooking session and Dinner at night.

Day  Four  Wednesday  Breakfast – After breakfast  an
introduction of  spices used in vegetarian cooking . Lunch   Siesta  
. Early evening Cooking session and Dinner at night .

Day Five  Thursday  A trip into the hills growing cardamom, tea,
coffee  and some spices. Break fast  Lunch and dinner outside .
The trip also give an opportunity to see the tea museum , tea
shopping , some spice shopping as well as visiting where a place
where they make hand made paper as well as natural dyed
handloom, fabric .

Day Six Friday   Breakfast – After breakfast  learn how to make
garam masala.  Lunch Siesta --  Early evening cooking session and
dinner .

Day Seven Saturday  Breakfast  ---After  breakfast  learn how to
make Curry powders or combination Spice powders .  Lunch and
Siesta – Early evening  cooking session and dinner .
Day Eight Sunday  Breakfast --- After breakfast  preparing  the
Keralan Sadhya  Lunch  Siesta preparation of Kerala Sadhya
continues . Dressing in Kerala dress and learn how to eat
traditional kerala festive meal called Sadhya .

Day Nine  Monday  Breakfast --- Sightseeing trip to Cochin  and do
Shopping for Cooking Utensils Cook Books , Dinner at a sea food
restaurant/Veg restaurant .

Day Ten Tuesday  Breakfast – Local visits to snack making places,
local markets , small scale industries Vanilla shopping Lunch
Siesta and  Early evening doubt clearing session and late evening  
Cooking session  and Dinner at night .

Day 11    Wednesday  Break fast   and Farewell.
